Atty. Rodel Tallada Rivera is a disciplined lawyer whose practice is grounded in excellence, integrity, and compassion. Before he entered law school, he completed his pre-law course in AB Social Science, major in Development Studies, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and also earned a degree in Public Administration. He later obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Tarlac State University – School of Law, where he graduated as Top 5 of his batch.
He is known as the “ABOGADO NG MASA,” a title earned through his dedication to public service and commitment to justice. A 2022 Bar passer, he served for more than two decades as the Board Secretary of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Tarlac, where he gained extensive experience in legislation, governance, and public administration. Before formally venturing into the legal profession, his years of service shaped his deep understanding of the law and strengthened his resolve to serve the people with fairness, integrity, and compassion.
